Efficiency East Midlands' Property Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

There are over 250 members that are part of Efficiency East Midlands (EEM), ranging from housing associations, councils, education providers, police forces, NHS trusts and charities. We have been awarded a place on the EEM's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which enables us to bid for work that covers internal and external maintenance projects under £150,000 within Oxfordshire.

NHS London Procurement Partnership's Waste Management Services Dynamic Purchasing System

NHS London Procurement Partnership is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which provides a compliant procurement route for waste management services to the NHS and other public sector organisations. This will encompass collection, transport, treatment, recycling, processing and disposal as appropriate, of healthcare and general waste including domestic, recyclable, clinical, hazardous, offensive, pharmaceutical, toxic, radioactive and biological waste streams. The DPS is split into lots to include specific waste streams, integrated waste management and bespoke treatment options. We have been awarded a place on the Waste Management Services DPS. This allows organisations to approach us with enquiries for general waste and recycling contracts, up to £250,000, within the South East.

Pagabo's Small Works Dynamic Purchasing System

Pagabo frameworks provide all of the public and private sector in London and the South East with compliant, efficient and fully supported procurement solutions. We have been appointed to the Pagabo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Small Works. This will give us access to Organisations such as NHS Trusts, Blue Light Services, local authorities and private sector businesses, who are looking for businesses of all sizes across the UK, for projects and services up to a value of £1m. Works include: roofing, M&E, doors & windows, kitchen, fire safety, drainage, building and joinery.

NHS London Procurement Partnership's Minor Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System

NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP) are releasing their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works and Maintenance. They are made up of a number of related categories to support the NHS and the wider public sector to meet their repairs, renewals, backlog maintenance requirements. We have been awarded work on: Lot 2 – Voids, Lot 3 – Planned Maintenance, Lot 4 – Multidisciplinary. The initial duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System is 5 Years.

Procurement Hub's Pest Control Lot Dynamic Purchasing System

Procurement Hub is an innovative provider of procurement services to the public sector across the UK, brought to you by the Places for People Group. The Procurement Hub was officially launched in March 2015 with the aim of creating efficiency savings both for Places for People and other public authorities who wish to buy with us. We have been awarded work on their Pest Control Lot. Pest control services will overall ensure the safety, security and well-being of all users. This covers pest controlled populations of rodents, insects, birds, squirrels and associated works and services.

South East Consortium's Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Works Dynamic Purchasing System

South East Consortium (SEC) is a central purchasing body (a not for profit organisation) that provides services relating to public procurement. They were specifically created to support the housing sector, but, any public sector organisation can benefit from a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). SEC represent 43 housing associations and local authorities (over 436k homes). The DPS will run for 5 years. We have been awarded work on: Lot 2 - Voids, Lot 3 - Capital Works, Lot 4 - Multidisciplinary.
