Anne-Marie looks after ODS’ HR/OD teams and a range of other corporate functions including marketing, ICT and governance with the help of an assistant director for corporate services.
She is a senior HR leader who is an expert in delivering change in complex environments and in achieving key workforce improvements by focussing on improving employee engagement. She is passionate about creating an environment where the workforce feel valued by putting health and wellbeing at the heart of the Company’s agenda.
A qualified and highly skilled coach and trainer, Anne-Marie has extensive experience of improving staff performance as well as facilitating the development of leaders, along with creating organisational strategies to prepare companies for the future. Anne-Marie’s approach blends behavioural, cultural and structural change to achieve long-term business growth. She’s a CIPD fellow (FCIPD).
