The Organisational Development Manager is responsible for leading a range of services and projects which contribute to the delivery of the ODS People Strategy. The primary purpose is to support the ambition to become an employer of choice through designing, delivering, leading and commissioning interventions which embed the desired values, behaviour ethos of the Company.
This role is a key member of the Directorate and provides leadership, coaching and mentoring across the team in support of behaviour change, innovation and best practice people management and development.
This role will lead the development and delivery of strategy based on robust management information and detailed cost and spend analysis, including spend against transformation budgets, the apprentice levy and the learning and development resource.
