Requirement

The property had become empty and was in need of a refurbishment, with some work being undertaken 30 years ago.

Solution

The property required a new bathroom and kitchen, as well as painting and general maintenance repairs throughout. The garden required the installation of new fencing to secure the garden as well as the careful removal of the garden shed which contained asbestos. Gas and electric safety checks plus a full rewire of the property was undertaken

Results

A full refurbishment of the void property was undertaken to a high standard within 3 working weeks.
